Longest post ever!

Sorry for the really, really long post but I've been a slacker lately and haven't done a post for awhile, and now there are all these things I want to post so I figured I'd just combine em.

This is at my Pinning ceremony, which is a tradition for nursing schools when you graduate. It was really fun because it was just dedicated to us. It was different from the usual boring graduation ceremony (which will be in the spring and who knows if I'll walk then). But they did a fun slideshow and had some speakers. Then we got "pinned" and had to repeat the traditional nursing pledge. It feels so good to finally be done. It's been a long, hard road but believe it or not I will actually miss it. :) I love learning, especially when it's learning about something I love. I have made some great friendships as we've struggled together these last 2 years and will miss everyone soo much! I hope to keep in touch with all of you!

NEWPORT COAST

It was so hard to come back to the snow and cold after 75 degree weather for a few days! It was so nice. The water was too cold to get in but it was still fun to just walk along the beaches, they were beautiful.

Nick and his fam went to Disneyworld one day while I stayed at the condo to study- FUN! I wouldn't have been able to ride many of the rides anyway so it worked out.

One of Nick's all time favorite movies is the Nightmare Before Christmas. He loved the haunted mansion that was all decked out in Nightmare Before Christmas decorations.

We went to this tree lighting thing in L.A., where the special guest was Britney Spears. Deeds was pretty excited to be 2 feet away from her!

By the way, for those of you who don't know... I AM 13 1/2 weeks PREGNANT!! We are expecting our first next JUNE and couldn't be HAPPIER! I can't believe I am almost already in my 2nd trimester! It hasn't been very fun being so SICK, but I'm hoping this phase will soon pass. :( We are so EXCITED and I can't wait to finally be a MOM!!

Only one more final left then I am done for good!!! Don't ask me why I decided to go California the weekend before finals! It was crazy, but hey I passed the hard ones now I just have one more easy one left. I will post some pics when I get some time and finally maybe get a life back after school is out!!!

12-0!!!

What an awesome game! This was our first BYU-UTAH game, and it couldn't have ended better with an undefeated season of 12-0!! Nick is already making plans to go to whatever bowl game they go to... we're hoping it's Sugar!

There were some pretty funny signs there. This was a good one!

Aleece and I even rushed the field after w/ the boys! It was pretty fun!

K don't know who this is or anything, but I thought it was hilarious so I had to take a picture! He ended up winning biggest Ute fan and got to go onto the field during the game.

Welcome Home Elder!!

The long awaited day has arrived!! My brother Taylor has finally returned home from his mission to Knoxville, Tennessee! What a happy day! It was so fun to see him again after 2 long years, and it is nice to have him back. Just one missionary out now.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!

Good ol' Halloween memories!! So I was thinking about Halloween this weekend and thought I would post our favorite Halloween from a few years ago, when Nick and I were Mr. and Mrs. Bob Marley! The makeup was such a pain to get on and off- we even got down to every finger and toe! But it was fun and no one recognized us, which was the best part! We have fun together as you can tell! :) Good times!

Ok so this wasn't Halloween but we went all out and dressed up so I think it's fitting... Nick's friends do an annual "White Trash BBQ" every summer. We dressed up 2 years and I think Nick pretty much won best outfit this year! His outfit was so good but he looked sooo gross! Bet no one would even recognize him! HAHA
